Work with us on products that matter

We build digital products in client teams - with clear decisions, solid engineering, and people who care about the work. There are no open roles right now. Please hold off on unsolicited applications: as a small team we cannot carry the organisational effort fair hiring needs when nothing is open - and we want every application to get the attention it deserves.

That’s how we build digital solutions that matter:

SIMPLE. TOGETHER. WITH PURPOSE.

Intrinsic motivation as key for success

Our motivation is to make our passion for digital product development accessible - in real projects, not on slides alone.

Working on an equal footing and mutual understanding

We work hand in hand as a team and with our clients - because we value every individual.

People are our focus and development is our passion

With PeopleFocus, growth, learning curves, and people stay at the centre - in practice, not as a buzzword.

If I apply, what happens next?

Our application process aims for a clear decision within 10 days - in 3 steps:

We don’t do assessments like tests or graph theory questions.

  1. #1

    get2know call

We agree on a date for a first call. You talk to two people from our team about your motivation, the kind of projects we do, and what matters to us as a company.

  2. #2

    trial work

If both sides want to continue, we set up 2–3 hours of trial work in one of our teams - on an open-source project we contribute to.

  3. #3

    final conversation

In the third conversation we clarify conditions, fit, and the next sensible step toward a contract.

Open roles

There are no open positions at the moment. Please do not send unsolicited applications for now.

We are a small team. Without open roles we cannot take on the organisational effort that fair hiring requires - and we want every application to get the attention it deserves. When we hire again, we will post roles here.
