We’re a hands-on tech team building practical, human-centered solutions – from AI-driven automation to no-code tools that solve real-world challenges. If something doesn’t exist yet, we build it. And now we’re looking for someone like you to connect tools, automate workflows, and bring ideas to life.

No fixed start date yet – but if you’re open to exploring an opportunity with a remote-first team that builds meaningful tech, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do

You’ll design and build working no-code solutions using tools like n8n, Softr, and Airtable. We’re not looking for a software engineer – but we are looking for someone who’s tech-curious, creative, and motivated to build things that just work.

You’ll help us deliver client projects, internal tools, and proof-of-concepts – and get the chance to grow in whichever direction excites you most.

What you bring

• A maker mindset: you like building solutions, not just talking about them
• Logical thinking and a basic understanding of how data is structured and flows
• First hands-on experience with no-code tools like n8n, Softr, Airtable (or similar) – whether in client work, studies, or personal projects
• Eagerness to learn new tools and deepen your understanding of automation, integration, and AI (LLMs, APIs, etc.)
• Curiosity about how large language models work and how to use them effectively in real-world scenarios
• If you’re open to exploring an opportunity with a remote-first team that builds meaningful tech, we’d love to hear from you. (No fixed start date yet.)

Nice to have

• Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts for LLMs
• Familiarity with low-code tools like Make.com, Retool
• API know-how (e.g., setting up and calling APIs in n8n or Make)
• Basic SQL or database modeling experience
• Interest in “pro code” (Python, JavaScript, Node.js – not a must!)
• Currently studying something tech-related (computer science or similar)
